It's still in beta and isn't expected to be released until April or so.
It's purpose is to replace LE in the line and will be bundled with
scanners. I was able to work with it a little bit the other day and was
impressed by some of it's new features, like straighten and crop crookedly
scanned prints, panoramic stitching, and my favorite "Save for the Web" to
compress jpegs.
