Thanks for the correct URL.  What it does is reads the full cartridge, then
writes that back to the 'other' cartridge.  That does not mean it maintains
the ink level in the PC.  Someone just figured out when the printer reads
and writes the cartridge, and that replacing a cartridge is not noticed by
the printer.
