A fairly simple workaround in Win98,ect. is to highlight the text and
"copy." In dire circumstances (my e-mail program is not the sharpest tack in
the carpet), it can be transfered to a WP program, saved, and pasted
wherever. Mac OS must have something pretty comparable.

Yet Outlook itself, which is supposed to be a more full-featured product,
doesn't seem to have this feature. Unless enabling it is in some obscure
place I can't find.
