I've long used just Vuescan's Generic Color Negative, with default white 
balance in the color menu.  I bring these fines in 16-bit mode into Photoshop 
and make usually minimal adjustments.  You can see some images I scanned from 
this film on a SCSI Photosmart last October at

On the balloons page all except the two identified 1993 are NPH; the 1993 ones 
are Kodak 200.  

On the second page, the two Lake Alpine morning on bottom right of the page are 
NPH 400 from last summer; the two Lake Alpine afternoon on the bottom left are 
from 1991 - Kodak Gold 200.  

All the above were scanned with vuescan on SCSI Photosmart.

LS-30:
