Guys like that are an embarrassment to an "otherwise honorable" profession.
Too bad Kodak doesn't put slide film in their disposables--you could give
him one. ;-)
Seriously, I've had that kind of trouble from print houses, though. In some
places, the 21st Century hasn't arrived yet.

photographers only shoot chromes...
