For the record, I was reluctant to remove him despite many requests from list
participants and a rash of unsusbscribes. I hoped he would calm down, but have
wasted far too much time (dealing with complaints, mailing him, and fielding
bounces from Anglo-Saxon-proof mailservers) to persevere.
