filmscanners: VueScan 7.0.18 Available

I found a small problem with some Scan Dual II scanners
in 7.0.17, so I fixed this and cleaned up a few other small
things from my to-do list.

What's new in version 7.0.18

  * Fixed problem with Minolta Scan Dual II not always
    being recognized as connected to the computer

  * Changed "File|Output to window" to apply only to
    Scan - Preview is always displayed, regardless of
    this setting

  * Changed processing to do infrared dust removal
    prior to restoring colors

  * Made minor improvements to help file
