filmscanners: Test version of VueScan for Mac OS 8/9/X

I'm working on a new version of VueScan for Mac OS,
including OS X, and I was wondering if someone with a
Mac running OS X could test it with a SCSI scanner.  It
won't work with USB scanners on OS X, but it probably
will work with SCSI scanners on OS X.  My OS X Mac
doesn't have SCSI, so I can't test this myself.

It could also use some testing on Mac OS 8.x and 9.x.

P.S. It's a Carbon application, so it should run on all
versions of Mac OS that have CarbonLib installed.
