I expect to spring for the Nikon IV soon, but Nikon's specs stipulate
Win98SE 
as a minimum.  I'm currently using Win95B, but own an upgrade disk for
Win98. 
My system is a 266 MHZ PII with 384 MB RAM and 2 USB ports.  The
question is: 
does anyone have experience using the Nikon IV with Win98?  Or comments
on 
possible advantages of Win98SE over Win98?
