I emailed Ed Hamrick that question some time ago and he suggested using the 
TMAX-100 setting. For B/W type, I used to use one of the D76 settings, 
since I usually develop it in D76, but lately I've just been using the 
default (TMAX CI=.55) setting. It seems to work fine.
