To the best of my knowledge the bulk feeder will be compatible with the
SS4000. I don't think it would make economic sense any other way. The Plus
will NOT have SCSI. Firewire cards are pretty inexpensive.
USB is slower than either Firewire or SCSI.

If and when, will it be backwards compatible? Or will we all have to go out
and buy the plus? And will the plus still offer a SCSI card option for
those computers that want something faster than USB but don't have firewire
