filmscanners: European Warranty clarification
In response to several inquiries form European list members regarding
Polaroid extended warranty on scanners I am pleased to report the following.
1. Extended "Gold" warrantee's are available for Polaroid scanners
throughout Europe.
2. Regardless of the country of purchase of the extended warrantee, it
is honored throughout Europe.
3. Applicable taxes in the country where the contract was purchased
apply. For example if you are a UK citizen and purchase the service contract
in Italy you MUST pay any prevailing Italian taxes.
