Here's a quote off their website. I think it is clear they are positioning
for a sale. I would think the scanner assets will go somewhere, possibly
Microtek.
However, even in Chapter 11, we're unsecured creditors. It will be up to a
judge approving a reorganization plan whether we get paid.
I would be happier if Polaroid made a public statement about their position.
