I had sent an earlier post which I thought was clear about the problem, but
I will now make it as clear as possible in the comments that follow.

Ian
I did download SFUS-520ro5(Polaroid).sit and then I extracted SF
US-5.20r05(Polaroid) I then double cliked and did a successful install.
The Silverfast folder was in Photoshop 6.01> 'Plug-ins'> 'Import/Export'.
Within the 'Import/Export folder is the file 'Silverfast(Polaroid). In the
earlier version that I installed, 5.1.2, within the file
'Silverfast(Polaroid)' there is the file 'Silverfast' containing five
sub-files. In addition there is the plug-in 'Silverfast(Polaroid), a
colorful icon. It is the plug-in that does not appear in the many versions
of 5.2 that I have downloaded. Something is wrong. Perhaps, I'm doing
something wrong but I don't know what. Version 5.1.2 works fine. Thanks
for your help.
