Can I use these with other scanner calibration

It should be possible to use them with most scanner profiling packages.
Probably the cheapest and probably best at present is ICC-Scan from Profile

It will be difficult since the first three are CIE XYZ definitions for each
patch. The Lab L, A and B are the ones most likely to make sense, but even
then Photoshop will only handle integer numbers in Lab mode and the Lab C is
chroma - you call it saturation. It is the measure of distance of the colour
from neutral point. Lab H is Hue - this is the measured angle of the colour
from the +a axis on the Lab diagram and is measured in degrees. If you think
of a colour wheel with dead centre being neutral and all the fully saturated
colours around the circumference of the wheel you'll get the idea regarding
LabCH
