These problems seem to only apply to quite 'bent' film, eg cardboard-mounted 
Kodachromes, which often have a variation of up to about a millimetre from the 
centre to the edges. Are you lucky enough (or young enough!) that all your  
negatives/slides are flat perhaps...?
