I just released VueScan 7.2.9 for Mac OS 8/9/X, Windows
and Linux.  It can be downloaded from:

What's new in version 7.2.9

  * Added "Device|Frame spacing (mm)" option for medium format
    scanning on Nikon LS-8000 and Polaroid SprintScan 120
  * Fixed problem with SprintScan 120 jamming
  * Fixed problem with some older Microtek scanners
  * Fixed problem using X12USL on Windows 98/ME
  * Fixed focus problem with some slides using Nikon SF200 slide feeder
  * Fixed problem with "Filter|Clean" set to "Scan"
