Its just compounding.
Another one that came the other day was ---
'Launch Internet Explorer Browser.lnk' - which is a short cut *.ink file
configured virus in an attachment.
Incidentally, the gone.scr virus has been reported. It tends to try and
disable your antivirus software before infecting your system. So
if you (meaning anyone who is reading this) hasn't updated their definitions in
the last couple of days, might be a good time to do so.
