My friend has a Nikon LS-20 and I'm wondering why she can't get the 
whole frame to scan (the vertical dimension get clipped about 1/8" on 
one side).  This is with the standard Nikon software on a Mac G3.

Also, she is having focus problems so is there a secret to using the 
manual focus adjustment?
