I'm not sure about removing the program itself from the hard drive, but to
prevent it from loading just remove its icon from the Startup folder in the
"Start-Programs" menu.
You can also do this by "Run-msconfig-Startup" - uncheck the box for Adobe
Gamma.
Either way the next time you boot up Adobe Gamma will not load.
