Ecost (www.ecost.com) has them listed for $699, but it isn't clear if they
are in stock.
www.bhphoto.com has them in stock for $749

Does anyone have any recommendations on places to buy a SS4000 at a before
rebate price of $700 - $750? I'll of course accept lower prices to, if they
exist. Most places I've tried are out of stock or over $900.
