ROTFLOL!! Seriously, I didn't expect such a long and detailed response.
Thanks. It seems like some(!) of the latest and more expensive LCDs
indeed can be used for color critical work. There is one problem I
usualy have with test reports, though. Just from words it is hard to
judge how critical a test person really is (and that is not meant in a
negative way). In other words for one test person a certain
monitor/lens/etc can be very color neutral and sharp and another test
person would say it's unaccaptable bad.
