[filmscanners] Vuescan 7.4 dpi setting changed by size reduction

When you choose a fixed dpi value under the tab files AND you choose a size
reduction under the filter tab, than the resulting (crop file) image has a
dpi setting
multiplied (or was it divided? I am sorry I do not remember since last
night)
with the size reduction. This looks like a little bug...
