[filmscanners] Vuescan 7.5/Microtek 35t+ distorted scans

With VS release version 7.5, scans on the 35t+ are badly distorted in the
direction of carriage travel.  Sample scans are at:

There probably aren't many 35t+ users on the scanner mail list, so this is
