[filmscanners] Slide scratches when using Nikon feeder

Does anyone have experience using the 50 slide feeder for the Nikon Scanner 
4000ED. When using this feeder, I noticed slight parallel rub/scratch marks on 
the slide that run the length of it.  Any similar experience?
