Few thoughts.

Set the BIOS to non plug and play OS

Try installing the software in safe mode (don't know if w2K has it or not)



Remove the card, uninstall the software.

Reboot, reinstall the software.

Shutdown.

Reinsert the card.  Restart the machine.
