Have a look at www.doteasy.com - cheap domain name registration and free -
and add free - 20MB hosting.
additional web space can be rented, for example: 200MB 18 US$ monthly.
Also, AFIK, you are not tied in with a Domain name provider, you can always
move your site to another host - you just have to pay for the "move" one way
or the other. However, this is always the case, regardless of how "cheaply"
you got it in the first place.

One tip tho' never accept an offer of a free name or reduced cost name...
it ties you into the provider... always register your own name.. the $70 for
