Sheesh! Why not just take it in to Nikon if you're going to completely
disassemble it? That mirror on the bottom is readily accessible right from
the front of the scanner. The other parts are less accessible, but they
don't seem to collect dust, anyway. Disassembling the whole scanner is a
great way to break something.
