I would recommend Neat Image. It is not too difficult to learn and once you
learn it, it is easy to use. I have used it on many images with results from
'good' to 'great'. I think you can get a free demo that is fully functional, and
it is not expensive to buy. Also, the authors are very responsive to questions
and suggestions. It helps to have a fast computer. It was really slow on my
p200MMX but it is quite acceptable on my new 2.2Ghz.
