[filmscanners] Re: Microtek Artixscan 4000tf



Will the "long exposure" option also work on the SS4000?  If so, it would
solve the most vexing problem I have with that otherwise excellent machine:
it's inability to penetrate to the depths of dark transparencies.

You could and probably should try Vuescan - www.hamrick.com, free to try.
Apart from everything else, it has a 'long exposure' option which may help.
