[filmscanners] Re: Fujichrome Trebi



I assume that the current Fuji slide films are also "clear base".  The
'pepper grain' you speak of has been found in most films and appears to
be bubbles in the clear emulsion protection layer.  Those bubbles seem
to form during processing.

Fuji is well aware of the issue (I have bee in correspondence about it),
but I do not know that they have been able to "resolve" (excuse the pun) it.
