Because
a) ceding rights and privacy 'because I'm not doing anything wrong' is
still giving up your rights
b) what protection do you have in defining 'legally' if you don't
protect your rights?
c) what guarantee do you have that what is turned over with no
notification (ie without a warrant) accurately reflects your behaviour?
