[filmscanners] ADMIN: Msgs not appearing

I'm seeing a fair number of attempts to post HTML mail to this list. They
are not distributed.

If you post to this list, it must be in PLAIN TEXT ONLY (ie NOT 'plain text
+ HTML') else the server will silently fail your msg. Please set your mail
client accordingly.
