[filmscanners] ADMIN: Archive fixed & List header changes

As you may have noticed, the archive at
www.mail-archive.com/filmscanners@halftone.co.uk stopped working back in
May.

This is now finally working again. It turns out a system restore at
mail-archive.com was responsible. However  I have had to make some changes
 to list mail headers to reduce the chances of this recurring, and some
others to fit in with their attempts to stop spam being archived. A  couple
of other header fields have been added purely for subscriber  convenience
(posting  and unsubscribe mailto addresses)

The only change which may possibly affect you has not yet been made, but
will be as soon as I have confirmation from the software author that it
won't break distribution. Presently the 'To:' field points to the subcriber
address. This will change to 'To: filmscanners@halftone.co.uk' (or 'To:
filmscanners_digest@halftone.co.uk' if you receive  the digest). This
format is  more standard for mailing lists.
