[inet-admins] Cyberpromotion spam

Всем кто фильтрует CyberPromotions, может быть интересно, что похожет на
то, что AGIS послал их нафиг.
на сегодняшний день traceroute на www.cyberpromo.com умирает где то
посередине BBNplanet.

Так что фильтры похоже придется перестраивать.
