в рипне сделан лист local-ir@ripn.net на него стоит подписаться, если эта
тема интересует.
Лист пока тихий и его стоит оживить ;) при этом, можно ставить CC на
inet-admins, так как он архивируется
и доступен по WWW.

подписчиков резко увеличилось ;)
pp/s. можно послать команду who local-ir на majordomo@ripn.net и получить
список подписчиков. Не уверен, что
это правильно, но пока работает ;) Можно легко выяснить, сколько LIR в RIPNe
;)
