А при чем тут exchange? Это ведь касается только customer'ов Релкома
насколько я понимаю, и M9-IX здесь ни при чем. А что касается
альтернативного xchange - ru-ix!majordomo@mark-itt.ru. Правда я там давно
ничего не видел кроме кросспостов из inet-admins.
