[inet-admins] Announce MEd v0.6

= Ver 0.6 at 05.08.98 =
Bugfix when show highlighted text of message body.
Add href.c functions to parse message content for href links such as http,
ftp, and mail (key 'l' in list and message modes).
Add Wrap/NoWrap text mode (key 'p' in message mode).
Cursor bar now advance to first new message at folder enter.
Current folder maybe rescaned in message mode as well (key ^R).
