Приблизительно может быть проблема с протоколами сжатия.
А отчего так много ошибок ? Из-за них может сильно деградировать скорость
приема/передачи если они постоянные, но это не объясняет причину остановки
передачи файла.
Как вариант, может проблема не в киске, а в хостах, которые
принимают/передают файлики ? rfc1323, например ?
