Normally, the accounting start packet is sent as soon as
authentication completes (before any of the NCP's are negotiated). "aaa
accounting delay-start" is a hidden, unsupported knob to delay the
accounting start packet until the ip address of the remote user is
known. I don't believe there are any major issues with it, and it
should work with multilink now. As with all hidden commands, use at
your own risk. :)
