Да, это ужас какой-то, мы с таким не сталкивались.
У нас (на сколько я знаю, у многих фирм подобная система) народ берет оборудование под залог
(начиная с профессиональных модемов), пробует, если не работает как нужно- общается с нами, мы
ему настраиваем, а если все равно не работает предлагаем какие-нибудь альтернативные варианты
или возвращаем деньги.
Возможно, у вас железка битая, HiperARC у нас не горели, а вот netserver пару штук битых было
(правда и продано их было значительно больше), т.е. поработают, потом сбросят все модемы, затем
опять поднимутся. Были проблемы с маршрутизацией на больших сетях с netserver- падали, не часто,
но бывало, после добавления памяти проблемы исчезли, совет, наверно, не самый лучший, но
попробуйте добавить RAM.
