[inet-admins] 75xx + RSP8 + VIP4-80 + cef distributed = access-lists are fucked

IOS 120-18S1, 120-19S1 affected... 
первая строчка deny ip any any [log[-input]], и не работает, 
хотя какие-то правила из дальнейшего листа срабатывают.

ps. пока нашелся workaround 'ip cef'.
