status code 0 ?

Что обозначает в access_log код статуса 0 ? У всех таких записей длина ответа
(у меня используется %apache_length) тоже равна 0. Запросы все fastcgi. Это чья
ошибка ? Что в конечном счете показывается клиенту ?
