Думаю, что нужно завести фазу приема тела запроса, а вместо функции
ngx_http_output_filter завести функцию, которая помещает переданные ей буферы в
очередь в ngx_http_request_t и отдает NGX_OK. Фаза приема тела запроса выполнит
либо ngx_http_read_client_request_body, либо ngx_http_discard_request_body в
зависимости от флага, и в случае ngx_http_read_client_request_body отдаст код
{
ngx_http_finalize_request(r, ngx_http_output_filter(r, r->queue));
}
в качестве post_handler. В таком случае все модули на content-фазе
подвергнуться минимальным изменениям.
