Проблемы с кешированием

Здравствуйте. Прошу помочь с такой
проблемой. Файлы в кеш пишутся, а на
сайте как-будто нет этого кеширования.
Сервер:
Debian 
Апач+nginx
Сайт рабтает в режиме Fcgi

пробываел в location /  переносить из location ~
\.(php|html)$ - ничего. Оч.прошу помочь.
