http_cache не собирается из-за:
Makefile:
.if ${PORT_OPTIONS:MHTTP_CACHE}
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=--without-http-cache
.endif
хотя HTTP_CACHE в:
OPTIONS_DEFAULT= IPV6 HTTP HTTP_CACHE HTTP_REWRITE HTTP_STATUS
