Hi: A visual inspection of the "old" 120 holder showed nothing
broken or scratched. When I called the Canadian Service manager he
told me they had a problem with some of the 120 holders, I sent it
back and they sent me a new one. Actually it wasn't quite as easy as
that it took 4 weeks of phone tag with various polaroid reps in USA
and Canada. Be persistent with the rep. or service department, seems
to be the only way "now-a-days" to get anything done.
