[filmscanners] RE: Kodachrome green / scanner colorimetry
There's a big difference between the Nikon and the Minolta, though. I
believe the Nikon uses tri-colored LEDs and monochrome sensors, while the
Minolta uses a white light source and tri-colored sensors. Either system
could have gaps in its spectral response, but there's no reason to believe
that they'd necessarily have the same gaps.
