It's available (in theory) from any Kodak Professional or Digital Imaging
dealer. However most will just look blank when presented with the CAT #875 2222
reference, since it doesn't appear in Kodak's main listings. It is concealed as
a spare part for some of Kodak's high-end scanning software mostly used by
repro houses.
