I haven't found this at all. If the film is clean, the scans are. And my 
darkroom is a disgrace. My only concession to cleanliness is to have the 
ashtray on the opposite side of the desk <g>, use a 2.99GBP plastic cover 
when the scanner isn't in use, and aerosol air duster on the film. IME it 
is post-processing sloppy handling by labs which causes problems.
